Does my bag come with a warranty?
Yes. All Spectacular Bags come with a one-year warranty.
Where can I see the bags?
We have a few bags on display at John’s salon and gallery in Delray Beach, Florida.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, just call us at (561) 717-9861 to place your order. We’re available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday Eastern time.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order is placed, we do our best to ship it as soon as possible. In most cases, we can’t make changes or cancel your order, but please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to help.
How will I know if Spectacular Bags received my order?
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation number on our site, and we’ll send you a confirmation email to confirm that we’re processing your order. Look for an email from email@example.com and be sure to check your Spam folder.
If you don’t receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include your order number, if possible.
